PROPAGANDA RENEWED
WAR LORDS INSIST ON THEIR
NECESSITY.

LONDON, 16th August
The German press hae again started its propaganda, emphasising the essential nature of the colonies. Yon Hindenburg, in a message, says: "We must have colonies, because without raw material industry is impossible."
Yon Liwlendorff says: "The possession of coloniesMS inseparably connected with Germany's future." The Crown Prince expresses pride and. gratitude for the defenders of German kultur in the colonies."
