ARBITRATION COURT
A UNION RESOLUTION.
The following motion was carried at a meeting of the Wellington Plumbers' Union last night:—"That the Wellington Plumbersi, and Gas-fitters' Union desires to enter its most fmphatic protest against the action-of the Arbitration Court in refusing the Auckland Soft Goods Employees' Union the protection of the Act, per medium of an award, and demands the removal of Mr;* Justice Strijger from the bench ; further, this union is of opinion that the Arbitration Court has outlived its usefulness to the workers in the Dominion.'' The resolution is to be forwarded to the Acting-Minister for Labour and the Minister for Justice.
