(AUSTRALIAN-NP.W ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) AMSTERDAM, 14th August. The Weser Zeitung states authoritatively that Vice-Admiral Behnke will succeed Admiral yon Capelle as Secretary of State of the German Admiralty.
