REGIMENTS REFUSE TO OBEY ORDERS.

BERNE, 14th August. The. Socialist newspaper Volksresht states that there is widespread warweariness in Germany Mid at the front. The Forty-first, Forty-third, and Fortyeighth East Prussian Regiments refused to obey orders to attack and we're mercilessly shot down, officers included.
