SIBERIAN INTERVENTION
JAPANESE PROPOSALS BEFORE

(AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received July 25, 2.30 p.m.) TOKIO, 24th July. The' Privy Council has presented to the Emperor the agreement passed by the Government regarding intervention in Siberia. The particulars of the agreement are not known.

IN SCHEME.

LONDON, 24th July.
■ Speaking in 'the House of Commons on the. Naval Prize Bill, Dr. T. J. Macnamara, Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty, stated that the naval forces of the Dominions are to be included in a scheme for the distribution of the prize funds after the war.
