■AMSTERDAM", 24th July. Telegrams from Moscow state that a general mobilisation began on 17th July/ The Czecho-Slovaks continue to aavance on both sides of the railway between Ekaterinburg and Tcheliab'insk. The Soviets abandoned Orenburg after denuding it o.f all valuables, and a new Government has been formed there under General Duof.
A hunger revolution is progressing at Uglitch, Lublin, Vijinsk, and Jarosla-v.
