WAITEMATA'S OFFICERS
Captain G. Ferguson was in command of the WaAtemata., which, was reported yesterday as having been sunk. As- far as is known, Mr. A.' V. Barton was third officor. The engineers believed to have been on the Waitomata> when she was sunk are :—Chief, Mr. G. It. Skinner; second, Mr. J. Hamer; third, Mr. J. P. Hend-erson; fourth, Mr. E. P. Eevington.
