LONDON, 23rd July.
In the House of Commons, Mr. John Dillon gave notice of motion condemning the Government's Irish policy as alienating and exasperating the Irish people, and declaring that the only true solution of the problem was to put into operation the principles embodied, 'in President Wilson's speech.
