Numbers of married reservists, with a prospect of an increase in the family not long after the date of mobilisation, have been naturally anxious. They have the comfort that the Military Service Boards are being recommended by the Defence authorities to grant leave to the first convenient draft after the confinement, in all cases where this is expected within two months of the normal date when the husband would be under orders to parade.
