A section at tho corner of Dundas and Munro Btreots, Soatoun, was passed in, also properties at Petonc, Berlminporo, and Hawkestone-croscent, and those aro now under nrivnto odor. For tho Soatoun properties thoro was keen bidding* Section 2, fronting- Munro-street, with two dwellings, was sold to Mr. Haminlin for £575; section 3, fronting Dmidas-strcot, with n. 4-roomed dwollinjr, was sold to Mr. W. Woarno for £400; section 4, a vacant section with right-of-way from Dundos-tttrot, was sold to Mr. Hanmifin for £160: section 5, with a 4-roomed dwelling, facing Hector-street, was sold to Mr. H. W. Green for £355. No. 30, Nowtown-avonuo, with v 4-voomod dwollinij, was sold 'to Mr. Harris for £335, whilo a. 7-roomod dwelling in Foathorstontorraco was sold for £1050, to Mr. Millor. as agent.
