SOUTH AFRICAN EXPEDITION.
(AU9TRALIAN-KEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) ' CAPETOWN, 17th July. Professor Goddard, of Stellenbosch University, has announced that he proposes to lead a South African expedition to-Enderby and Kemp Lands (in the Antarctic) after the war, undertaking geographical . expiration of 2500 miles of coastline, and other investigations.
