ATHENS, 17th July. A Spanish steamer with the Spanish Minister to Greece (Senor Davenga) on board, en route to Spain, has been torpedoed by a German submarine. The steamer flew the Spanish flag. Tho Minister, with his family, was rescued. Germany had been notified of Senor Davenga's departure six days previously.
