LOSS DUE TO GERMAN TORPEDO,

The chairman of the Dutch Naval Court which has been investigating the sinking of the Dutch steamer Komngen Eegentes states that the evidence has proved that the vessel was torpedoed. [The Koningen Eegentes was ths Dutch hospital ship which was sunk at the beginning of last month. It had been arranged that she was to take the British delegates to the War Prisoners' Conference at The Hague, but the arrangements were changed at the last moment and they went on another vessel.]
