Regarding the alleged ill-treatment of inmates in the Wanganui Detention Barricks, the Wa^nganui Returned" Soldiers' Association passed a motion desiring to assure the Minister of Defence that the association is satisfied that .no undue hardship has- been meted out to occupants of the barracks. The association is convinced that the treatment at the barracks is infinitely better than in the military camps.
