The Wolff Press Bureau, in the course of a report on Austro-Hungarian foreign policy, declares :, ''The enemy's obstinacy regarding territorial demands concerning Alsace-Lorraine, the Trentino, Trieste, and .the German colonies appear to be insurmountable. We are prepared to discuss everything except the cession of our own territory." •
