PARIS, 11th July. The Orleans Railway Company has applied for a concession ,}*> construct a tun' nel under the.Strait or Gibraltar, in furtherance of a scheme to ran a railway from Paris to Dakar. The execution of this scheme -would ultimately establish railway communication between London and Capetown, when the Channel tunnel is built.
