MISTY WEATHER
The cold, clear conditions prevailing yesterday and last night changed this morning to foggy, misty, rainy weather, with unsettled prospects. Ram was reported this morning in the North Island, and the northern portion of the South Island, and it is probable that the fall will be general. Variable and moderate winds -with a northerly tendency are expected to prevail, with dull and misty weather.
