C. Stevens, £10, costs £1 3s 6d; A. Robertson v. E. Hunt, £64 7s 6d, costs £4 17s; F. E. Cooper v. Joseph Lewis, £20, costs £2. 6s; James L. Todd v. Claud Harold Montport, £6 15s, costs £1 3s 6d.
In a case in which the City Corporation proceeded against Arthur J. Cudby for £47 12s and possession of a tenement, judgment was given for plaintiff for the amount claimed, and costs £3 15s. -
