TOiFOLosi Village swept away.
(ROTTER'S TELEGRAM.}
CAPETOWN, 19th February.' In the Union Assembly, General Botha (the Prime Minister) announced that as the result of floods in Ladysmith half the town was submerged.: Referring to the Zululand floods, he'said that the village of Umfolosi had been' swept awa,y, excepting for five buildings, while of eixtyfive European residents only twenty-three had been saved. ■■.
