OFFENSIVE.

It is reported that General Kaledin, the Coasack leader, has committed suicide.

PETROGRAD, 19th February.
Kaledin committed suicide owing to Alexicff's offensive against tho Bolsheviks. Kaledin wisiied to carry on a defensive localised policy. Alcxiefi is training all Cossack males. General Nazaroff succeeds Kaledin.
