Mr. R. J. Thomson, assistant general secretary of the New Zealand section of the Theosophical Society, gave a lecture on "Some Reasons Why You Should Decome a Theosophiistj" last night at the society's rooms,, Cuba-strea.t. Theosophy, Mr. Thomson said, harmonised the facts of life with science and religion. The more we exhausted the physical world the more we were driven to the invisible world. Vistas opened up to the man who expanded hie life and became aspiritual Ijeing. Evolution, was Qod's will operating' in every form th&t lived, and a« man identified himself with spirit instead of the body he transcended the barriers of. time and space and realised his Divinity.
