BOLO'S SENTENCE
AN APPEAL TO BE LODGED.
. (AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received February 16, 1 p.m.) PARIS, 15th. February. The press unanimously approves Bolo's sentence. It is announced that 8010 is appealing to the Court de Cassation (Court of Appeal). The Petit Parisien says that. an. appeal will necessitate the rehearing of the case, as the defence alleges that a witness, Casella, was seen conferring with the president of the Court. : .
