ROME, 14th February. Italian Socialists who are attending the Paris and London Conferences will present a memorial corresponding tp Signor Orlando's programme advocating the adjustment, of natural Italian boundaries, the dissolution of the Aus-tro-HungariarL Empire, and an Italian rapprochement .with the Jugq-Slays.
