U-BOAT DESIGNS AGAINST AMERICAN TRANSPORTS
WASHINGTON/ 27th January. Mr. Baker (Secretary for War) points out that Germany., is planning the most powerful submarine' campaign she has yet undertaken against the American transports. Many U-boats have been recalled to their home ports, and are now refitting preparatory to tho new campaign.
