Messrs. J. ,H. Bethuno and Co., advertise a sale of four houses and five sections at Belmont Table Lands, to be held on .Wednesday, 20th February, at their Auction Rooms, Featherston-serect, at 2.30 p.m. Mr, S. Georgo Nathan is selling by public auction on Thursday next, at 2.30 p.m., in the Chamber of Commerce, a farm at Porirua, a residence in Hillstreot,. one in Glen-road, Kolburn, and one on Thorndon-quay. On 28th February, tho firm is spiling, in conjunction with Messrs. B. Smith and Co., the whole of tho properties in tho Estate- of the late Joseph Burne.

Johnston and Co. advertise a. sale on Monday next, at 160, Queen'sdrivo. of household furniture, machine, etc. On Tuesday, at 11 o'clock, they will sell the contents' of Edward Anderson's premises. At 1 o'clock^ on Wednesday, in their rooms, they will offer household furniture, etc.; also unclaimed cargo.
