A TSARIST PLOT
DISCOVERED AT TOBOLSK.

STOCKHOLM, 22nd September.
A big counter-revolutionary movement has been discovered at Tobolsk, where the ex-Tsar is interned. The officers and the whole of the Tobolsk garrison were in the confidence of the revolutionary leaders, who planned first the release I*of1 *of the ex-Tsar. There have been a- hundred arrests already,- including officers of. nigh rank. It is alleged that Korniloff is co-operating' with the plotter?.
