WORKING MEN'S CLUB.
Mr. R. J. Barnes, the club champion, is leading in this club's annual handicap tourney, with the fine record.of 10 clear wins. Other good scores are : Faulknor 8 wins 2' losses, Douglas 52-2j, Greig 5-3, Eton 4-2, Hennessey 4-3, and Larking 4-4. '■ ■, Members are looking forward with much interest to next Monday's annual match against the Wellington South Chests Club. Of the eleven matches played to date, each club has won five, and one match ended in a tie.
