INTELLIGENCE SERVICE PLANNED
(ACSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received August 18, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, 17th August. The Daily Telegraph states that the Government has completed plans for establishing a commercial intelligence service to watch and foster the country's commercial interests after the war.
