NEW PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS.
A good deal of complaint has been made regarding the progress of the erection of the ;new Parliament Buildings, and, epeakiiig on the subject yesterday afternoon, Mr. H. G. Ell strongly urged that the forty rooms available in the new structure should be used.
