Thus the Entente lias torn away the mask of hypocrisy, and is showing itself more warlike than Germany. The Entente disregards the Russian peace movement.

The German newspaper Vorwaerts says that Mr. Henderson's resignation is the prelude to the downfall of Mr. Lloyd George's Cabinet.
