WATERSIDE WORKERS
A general meeting of the Waterside Workers' Union was held last night, Mr. L. Glover presiding. The greater part of the evening was devoted to the discussion of reports regarding accident, cases and claims which had been settle' 1 either through the Courts or privately The circumstances under which Mr. Robert Henderson met his death oi Monday night were considered, and p motion was carried expressing the thanks of the union to the chief officer, second officer, and a fireman of a Union Company steamer, who 1 rendered assistance in connection with the accident.
