The Morning Post's correspondent at Headquarters states that the;, German airmen; are desperately; attempting to recover the. prestige/lost, at Messines, when the British completely smothered them and prevented, them from taking part in the battle. The Germans do.not venture to attack singly,/and frequently a couple of British , machines have dispersed a German squadron of fifteen machines like frightened; birds."..
