COAL-MINERS' DISPUTES
The Westport-Stoekton Coal Co. has filed claims citing the local Miners' Union to appear before the Conciliation Council. The dispute -will be dealt with by a council, at Westport, at the end of next, month. The Blackball Miners' Dispute, filed by the employers some da,ys ago, will also come before the Conciliation Council, at Greymouth, in about a month's time.
