DELIGHTFUL WEATHER
Fine, clear weather, with a keen snap in the air, has provided a dclightmul contrast to-day to the unpleasant conditions which have prevailed in the city uf late. Strong southerly winds have given place to more variable breezes, and conditions have improved .materially, everywhere' with the exception' of the- southernmost' districts. The barometer is unsteadyj but will probably rise again soon.' Cool and changeable weather is expected with scattered showers, except on the West Coast and in the far South. Moderate to strong westerly winds, backing. to southerly, may be looked for, and tonight will probably be cold.
