PEARSON v. PEARSON,
In the Divorce Court to-day .Mir. Justice Chapman and a jury of twelve heard the case in which John Henry Pearson, blacksmith's striker at the Petone workshops, sought a dissolution of . his marriage, Harry Wiggins being joined as co-respondent. Mr. T. M. Wilford appeared for the petitioner, Mr. D. M. Findlay for the respondent, and Mr. R. Kennedy for the co-respondent.. ' The parties were married on 29th July, 1911, and there are two. children. ■•' ' • (Proceeding.)
