Splendid ' weather conditions prevailed for the. New Zealand Schools Swimming Championship Carnival, which is being held at Te Aro_ Baths this afternoon. The attendance is large, and the entries for the various events are proceeding satisfactorily. The following results are available :—
100 Yards, Junior Handicap (boys).— Sorenson 1, S. Robinson 2, J. Davey 3. Dominion Schools Championship (girk), 50 Ya.rds.—K. Batcbelor (Christchurch) 1, E. Watson (Wellington) 2. Time, 41sec.
Dominion Schools Championship (boys), 100 Yards. —H. yon. Stunner (Auckland) 1, J. S. Johnston (Wanganui 2, S. Hogg (Napier) 3. Time, 70 3-ssec.
