Advices from Paris state that the frieght steamer, Orleans, the first American ship from sthe United St-atts to enter the submarine zone, has arrived in. French waters, and will reach Bordeaux to-night.
The Secretary of the American Embassy and otheTS have .gone to Bordeaux to .jyelcome her.
