WATERSIDERS' DISPUTE
The watersiders' dispute will come before the Conciliation Commissioner (Mr. W. H. Hagger) this - evening at 7 o'clock. The assessors for the employers are Messrs. W. H. G. Bennett, J. M. Deck, and W. A. Flavell, and for the union Messrs. J. G. Bruce, L. Glover, and H. Callaghan.
. THE BURTON BLOCK. It is understood that the special committee set up (to consider the safety or otherwise of the Burton block has arrived at its decision, but that it is not to be made public in the meantime.
