(BI TEIEGF.APH.—PItESS ASSOCIATION.) CHRISTCHURCH, 21st February. There were small entries of stock at the Addingto:i market to-day, except for store sheep, which were offered in very largo numbers. Store' sheep sold well, as did fat lambs. Fat cattle were -easier, the quality generally being iudiiferent. . Fat sheep were irregular, but there mas a better change- in the prices for a few pens of extra prime sheep, which brought more than tho usual rates. Store- cattle were in good demand, and fat pigs wero scare and firmer. Prices: — Store Sheep.—Mixed-sex lambs, 15s 6d to 24s fid; ,owe lambs 21s to 235; wether lambs, 11s 4d to 22a 4d; twotooth ewes, 32s to 38s; four and sixtooth ewes, 27s Id to 35s 6d; sis and eigth-tooth ewes, 25a; four, six, and eight-tooth ewes, 22s lOd to 28s 3d; sound-month ewes, 21s to. 31s lOd; sound and . failing mouth owes, 19s 3d to 21s; two-tooth \vethers, 23s 9d; four and six-tooth wethers, 23s 6d to 29s Bd. Fat Lambs.—Extra prime to 25s Bd, prime 28s to-325, medium 23s 6d to 27s 6d, lighter 20s to 235. Fat Sheep.—Extra prime wethers to 50s, prime wethers 34s to 41s, wethers 26s to 33s 6d_, merino wethers 24s 3d, to 25s 6d, prime ewes 32s 6d to 40s, 1 medium ewes 27s to 325, lighter owes 23s 3d to 26s 6d. Fat Cattle.—Extra prime steers to £22 2s 6d, prime steers £15 to £20, ordinary steers £11 5s to £14 10s, prime heifers £10 15s to £14 ss, ordinary heifers £7 15s to £10 10s, extra primecows £17, prime cows £15 to £17 10s, ordinary cows £9 to fill. Store Cattle.—Fifteen to eighteen-, months £3 15s to £5 ss. two-year steers £6 14s to £6 17s 6d, two-year heifers £6 14s 6d, two and a-lmlf-year heifers £8 10s to £8 .12s 6d, three-year steers £10 17s, three-year heifers £10 5^ dry cows £3 10s, dairy cows £5 to £15. Pigs.—Choppers . £4 to £8, baconers £3 15s to £5 17s (equal to 7£d to 8d per 1b), porkers 50s to 65s (equal to 9Jd to 12^d per 1b), large stores 57s to 62s 6d, medium 48a to 555, smaller 28s to 555, weaners 20s to 243.
