Miss Sylvia Pankhursl, speaking on behalf of the Workers' Suffrage Federation regarding the electoral reform report, says: "We want complete adult suffrage for men and women. We. want to simplify tho franchise, whereas the proposed reforms suggest further complications. Women mature earlier than men, so it is very unjust to exclude young women."
