ME. HENRY SAINT-GEORGE.

LONDON, 30th January. The death is announced of Mr. Henry Saint-George.
[Mr. Henry Saint-George jis wellknown in; New Zealand, being the Colonial Examiner to Trinity College. He was born in 1866, and was a. pupil of his father, becoming in later years -a well-known violinist, composer, conductor, and writer on musical subjects. 4 He edited the Strad for four years, and'vas known as an .expert in the history of ancient instruments, and especially as a performer on the viola de gamba and viola d'amore. With his father, he introduced to the British public three hitherto unknown works of J. S. Bach, and was the first to give in England a recital solely of Bach's works.]
