COPPER BULLETS WILL WIN.

LONDON, 30th January. Sir Joseph Ward, speaking at a war loan meeting at Eastbourne, said; "Tho war is not- going to be won by silver or golden bullets, but by copper bullets." He urged that a' greater effort should be made to obtain the support of the democracy in every part of the kingdom, and added : "Ths Dominions have already contributed seven hundred thousand men, and will provide a million, or go od until they know that their efforts in conjunction with. England's are sue cessful."
