The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report that at their monthly stock sale, held at Waikanac on Tuesday, they offered a small entry of sheep'and a fair yarding of cattle to a good attendance, and they report a failclearance at the following prices:— ■ Good mixed hoggets 19s lOd, fair mixed hoggets 17s 3d. store cows £5, cull cows £3, cow in calf £4 lls to £6 12s 6d, dairy .cows £7 10s to £9.
