A large white ensign from H.M.S. Warrior, the vessel which took such a prominent part in the Jutland Battle, has been placed on the wall of St. Barnabas's Church, Epsom, England. The ensign is suspended on a wall from the roof, and reaches to the floor, while it is several feet wide. It was given to Signaller Chas. Wells Greenslade (nephew of Mr-. Arthur Cutler, Newtown), who, during the action, signalled the presence of a German submarine, and by his timely warning probably saved the ship. His action was rewarded by the officers giving him the flag, which w : as the one ready to be hoisted, had the one that was flying been shot away. When a boy, Signaller Greenslade was in the choir of St. Barnabas's Church, and it was his desire that the flag should be placed in the building until after the war, or until such time as the owner may wish it returned to him. He hrfs now gone to Chatham for instruction before sitting for an examination to qualify for promotion. Greenslade is only 18 years of age, and joined the Navy soon after he was 15. being attached to the training ship Warspite. Messrs.
