A CONTRAST IN METHODS.

LONDON, 16th August.
The King and the Kaiser, visited the Somme front simultaneously. Hysterical accounts are given of the Kaiser bestowing blessings and iron crosses on the parades, in contrast with the quiet confidence shown in the King's visit.
