"AMONG THE AUSTRALIAN ABORIGINES"
"Forty Years Missionary to the Australian Aborigines" was the subject of a lecture delivered last evening at the Vivian-street Baptist Sunday School by Mrs. and Miss Matthews. *Eev. .1. X.. Archer occupied the chair, and there was a hirge audience. The lecture was most interesting and instructive, and the exciting experiences of the. two ladies in the desert were listened to with attention. During the evening Miss Matthews gave several aboriginal songs, and at the close a hearty vote of thanks was carried. The lecture was illustrated by a number of lantern slides.
