SHOOTING AFFRAY
11l the Magistrate's Court this afternoon, before Mr. W. 6. Eiddell, S.M., .Joseph Boucher, cycle manufacturer, of Lambton-quay, wa-s charged with having, on 22nd July, shot at Arthur Stephen Dnrling with intent to do grievous bodily harm. The accused was represented by Mr. I. W. Jackson. Dnrling is an hotel steward and a- returned soldier, and the charge is said to bo the outcome of a quarrel. (Proceeding.)
