New Zealanders in. London were yesterday afforded an opportunity of inspecting the fine new building in the Strand which has just been completed for the Dominion Government. The move from the old premises in Vic-toria-street wa-s made at Eastertide, and tha different departments have now got properly to work in their new home.

The Hon. Sir Thomas Mackenzie, K.C.M.G., seized the occasion to hold a reception on a large scale, and the arrangements were quite in keeping with the dignity of New Zealand. . The High Commissioner and Lady Mackenzie, who were accompanied by Miss Mackenzie and Lieut. Bruce Mackenzie, received their guests in the handsome marble hall, and two hours parsed air too quickly in tea and conversation, looking over th© building, and listening to the music of the band. The delightful collection of Gallipoli sketches hung in the hall brought Spr. H. Moore-Jones a number of congratulations.

Upwards of 300 guests attended the reception. Milne Spencer. N.Z.M.C. The two large ground-floor wind™ facing the Strand contain an effective' display of New Zealand products, admirabiy arranged by the Produce Commissioner (Mr. H. C. Cameron), who hopes in time to utilise the windows^ for special exhibits, illustrative of New Zealand agriculture, wool, timber, tourist and sporting, frozen meat, dairy produce, fruit and canned and bottled goods.
