LONDON, 29th May. Reports from New , York state that Count Bcrnstorff, the German Ambassador to tho United States, is stated, to have notified the Kaiser tliat another Ambassador would now bo more useful. The rumour of Prince yon Bulow's impending nomination for the post is thus strengthened.
