GERMAN STEAMER CAPTURED
ADVENTURE AT TENERIFFE,
MADRID, Sth May.
The British have captured the German vessel Telde (2073 tons). She was interned at Teneriffe, and was anchored outside the bay. Fearing a storm, she tried to come inside, but the wind drove her outside the territorial limit, and a British warship came up and captured her.
